These terms govern use of CSS Awards and purchases made through the platform. By using a paid or account feature, you agree to these terms and the related privacy policy.
Submissions and authority
You must provide accurate information and have permission to submit the website and associated credits. A submission must comply with the published rules. We may reject or remove misleading, unlawful, inaccessible, or ineligible material.
Fees and review
The submission fee pays for evaluation and platform processing. Payment does not guarantee nomination, publication, feedback, or an award. Prices and applicable taxes are shown before payment.
Content licence
You retain ownership of submitted materials. You grant CSS Awards a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, resize, reproduce, and promote submitted screenshots, names, logos, descriptions, and credits for evaluation, archive, editorial, and awards promotion purposes.
Recognition and badges
Judging decisions are final, subject to correction of clear errors or conflicts. Award badges may only represent the specific recognition issued. We may revoke recognition obtained through false information, manipulation, infringement, or serious rule breaches.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for account security. You must not scrape protected areas, manipulate votes, upload malicious content, impersonate others, disrupt the service, or use the platform unlawfully.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the platform accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted service or continued availability of external websites. To the extent permitted by law, CSS Awards is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
