Review and verification
We compare the request with the submission record and reliable first-party information. Straightforward factual errors are corrected after verification. We may request further evidence when a change is disputed or incomplete.
Scope
Corrections address facts and attribution. They do not automatically reopen an editorial assessment or change an award level. Award decisions remain governed by the judging process and programme rules.
Material corrections
Minor spelling, formatting and broken-link changes may be made without a notice. A correction that materially changes who made the work, what was recognised or when it was recognised should be clear in the updated record.
Privacy and removal requests
Requests involving privacy, legal rights or sensitive personal information receive separate review. The requester may be asked to verify their authority before a public record is changed or removed.
