The visual experience combines strong typography, generous spacing, structured content blocks and a clear hierarchy to guide users through short-term let licensing without overwhelming them with regulatory information. Important actions such as checking eligibility, reviewing compliance requirements and starting an application remain prominent throughout the experience, while supporting content is organised into visually distinct sections that encourage progressive exploration. Responsive layouts maintain the same hierarchy across desktop and mobile, with the interface balancing professional authority with a more approachable personality than is typically associated with regulatory services. The result is a distinctive, highly usable website where visual design directly supports comprehension and conversion.
